Lifetime Warranty

“I want that young hunter who’s put his last dollar into a Slayer call to be able to call us up and know he’s going to be taken care of.” – Bill Ayer, Slayer Duck Calls founder and CEO.
We’ve bought too many overpriced calls with poor sound that didn’t last. That’s why we’re committed to delivering the best in quality. When you buy a Slayer call, you can expect it to hold up.
If your call needs a fix for whatever reason, our unmatched customer service will take care of you with our 100% lifetime warranty.
If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace your call.
You can turn to the Slayer team if your call is defective, damaged or just not working right. With our lifetime warranty, it doesn’t matter when or why something went wrong. We’ll make it right through a repair or replacement.

To start the repair process, first create a Slayer account for smoother coordination and billing. Then, email us at support@slayerduckcalls.com.

We’ll review your request with you by email or phone. Once your request for a repair is approved, we’ll bill you nine bucks — that covers the cost of shipping the call to us. After we receive your call, we’ll get to work fixing it right away. No matter how long it takes or what parts we need to replace, the repair will always be completely free. If for some reason we can’t fix your call, we’ll get back in touch about a replacement. If you’d rather, we can send your old call back to you — we get that they can be sentimental. Once your call is repaired or replaced, we’ll box it up and send it back to you free of charge.

We’re not being mean, but we do have a couple exceptions. If your call was lost or stolen, we can’t fix it for you. If you damaged or defaced your call on purpose, our hands are tied. The Slayer Promise is for our handcrafted calls; see Returns & Exchanges for our other gear. If you’re having trouble getting the perfect sound, try our tips to master the call. Better yet, ask the Slayer PRO Staff for a hand. They’re expert callers and hunters who are happy to show you the ropes on your new call. We recommend hitting up Tanner — he just might be one of the best callers in the country.

Nine bucks covers the reed and shipping costs, so we can get your call back to you looking and sounding as good as it did the day you bought it. This isn’t a corporate money-making scheme — it’s part of our Slayer Promise, guaranteeing you the best customer service.
