Choose Your Bugle Tube
Guardian Bugle Tube
16.25" x 3.25" • 7.3 oz
Compact. Lightweight. Built for mobility.
The Guardian was designed for hunters who go farther, climb higher, and need less bulk without sacrificing sound. It’s quieter to carry, easier to maneuver, and deadly in tight encounters.
ArchAngel Bugle Tube
22" x 4" • 10.7 oz
Full-size power. Maximum volume. Ultimate control.
The ArchAngel delivers the deep resonance, back pressure, and range needed for aggressive bugling and long-distance locating.
What’s Included in the System
Clearwater Miner Elk Reed
A low-pressure, easy-running diaphragm that shines in softer calling situations. Perfect for cow sounds, moans, and controlled bugles when finesse matters most.
Clearwater North Fork Elk Reed
Higher volume with a tighter stretch — built for sharp bugles, chuckles, and cutting through wind or distance. This is your “reach out and find him” reed.
The Clearwater System Difference
Elk don’t communicate in one tone — and your calls shouldn’t either.
The Clearwater Series is built as a system, giving you multiple sound profiles to match emotion, pressure, and situation in the field. From soft, close-range cow talk to aggressive challenge bugles, this setup covers it all.
- Consistent frame design for better fit and control
- Durable latex built to last all season
- Tuned for realism, not just volume
- Built in Idaho. Tested where elk live.
The Story Behind the ArchAngel (And Now the Guardian)
Some products are built for performance. Others carry something more.
The ArchAngel bugle tube started as a way to honor a friend — one of the best elk hunters I’ve ever known — who passed away in 2021. He was the kind of guy who bugled loud, hunted hard, and lived fully. The kind of hunter you don’t forget.
During his final season, he field-tested one of our early bugle tubes and called in a bull. That moment stuck with me. The ArchAngel became more than just a call — it became a way to carry him into the mountains every fall.
And over time, hunters asked for something more compact. Something built for deeper backcountry, longer days, and lighter packs. That’s where the Guardian came from.
Same purpose. Same intention. Just built for a different kind of hunter — the one still pushing farther, still chasing bugles, still writing their story.
Built for the Hunt. Backed by Purpose.
This isn’t just a bundle of elk calls. It’s a system designed to help you communicate, adapt, and succeed when it matters most.
And for a lot of us — it’s also a reminder of why we go out there in the first place.
