Lucky Logger Giveaway – Official Rules

PURCHASE REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES, 18 YEARS OR OLDER.

1. Sponsor

The Lucky Logger Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Slayer Duck Calls, LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Slayer Calls and affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM MT on August 4, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM MT on August 17, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”).

4. How to Enter

To be eligible to win, participants must purchase at least one (1) Logger elk reed from SlayerCalls.com during the Giveaway Period. Only purchases of the Logger reed made during this time qualify. Each Logger reed purchased is one (1) opportunity to receive a randomly selected misprinted reed.

A total of four (4) misprinted Logger reeds will be randomly distributed within customer orders placed during the Giveaway Period. Finding one of these misprinted reeds constitutes automatic entry into the Giveaway and designates the customer as a potential winner.

Note: A purchase is required to participate. There is no alternative method of entry.

5. Prize

Each of the four (4) recipients of a misprinted Logger reed will win the Lucky Logger Grand Prize Pack, valued at over $5,000. Each prize includes:

No substitutions or cash alternatives are permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be determined by receipt of one of the four misprinted Logger reeds. Slayer Calls will contact each recipient using the contact information provided at checkout. If a potential winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected at Slayer’s discretion.

7. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to allow Slayer Calls to use their name, likeness, and story in promotional materials, including social media content, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control compromise the integrity of the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release Slayer Calls and all partners, affiliates, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or receipt of any prize.

10. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with this Giveaway is subject to Slayer Calls’ Privacy Policy available at https://www.slayercalls.com/privacy-policy.

By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that your name, email address, and other contact information may be shared with participating partner brands that have contributed prizes to the Lucky Logger Giveaway. These partners may use your information in accordance with their own privacy policies, including for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be used to coordinate prize fulfillment and promotion of the Giveaway results across Slayer Calls’ and partners’ platforms.
