In the highly competitive professional division, Joe McCarthy, Slayer Calls’ product innovation lead and father of 2021 world elk calling champion Cody McCarthy, blew away the seven judges with the ArchAngel acrylic elk bugle — featuring a mouth piece and back pressure system he and his son helped develop when they joined the Slayer team.
