When it’s time for girl talk, turn to the Slayer 100 Series Fortitude elk call.
This diaphragm specializes in calf and cow elk sounds that reassure the bulls a herd is nearby. Emulate lost calves and responding mothers to draw in the paternal bull elk. With the least tension and thinnest layer of latex, this cow elk call is also a forgiving call for beginners.
Our elk calls are easy to blow, comfortable and compatible with most palate sizes. We’ve tested the tension and thickness on all our elk diaphragms to get the sounds you need to replicate the calls of the entire herd. Add the 200 Series and 300 Series reeds to your collection to tap into aggressive, emotional calls and lower-intensity bull calls.
Slayer gives 10% from each purchase to organizations that protect the environment and wildlife, support conservation efforts and preserve America’s hunting heritage.
Jamison Creekmore –
This is by far my favorite call for cow/calf sounds. Very easy to use with a great sound.
Austin Barton –
Very forgiving call. I would recommend it to anyone who is learning how to call elk. This call makes perfect calf calls and cow chirps. It is also my go to for the first bugle of the morning when I’m out of breath from hiking up the mountain and not feeling like really getting after it yet. Like I said, very forgiving haha
